Then fax or email the form to the appropriate travel agency. M&M Travel is handling all flights with hotel packages. Little Rock Tours and Travel is handling all motorcoach tours with hotel packages. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. Tickets for these tours can soon be purchased on-line. Please check back soon for a link to the on-line reservations page.
Pre-Conference Motorcoach Tours
 Motorcoach tours have been planned for April 16-20 using the services of Little Rock Tours and Travel. You will need to fly in to Little Rock National Airport April 15 and make your way to the Holiday Inn Presidential hotel. Your hotel stay is already included in your tour price. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is free and may be arranged by calling the hotel directly when you arrive at Little Rock National Airport. The hotel phone number is 501-375-2100, or you can use a direct phone link inside the airport near baggage claim. The pre-conference motorcoach tours will depart the morning of April 16 at 8am.
 Flights and hotel packages have also been arranged to New York City and Las Vegas using the services of M&M Travel. To take advantage of these specials, you need to call M&M Travel directly so they can secure your flights and reserve your hotel.

Let us show you the “home” of country music! We’ll take you to the Grand Ole Opry and then tour this incredible city. On the way back, we’ll visit Memphis, the home of the blues, and, of course, also the home of Elvis Presley. Wait till you see the Gateway Arch! The arch is the nation’s tallest man-made monument, and the view from the top is incredible! We’ll also take you to one of the nation’s best zoos, we’ll have dinner on a beautiful riverboat, and we’ll visit one of the nation’s largest city parks and several of the city’s great museums!
Post-Conference Motorcoach Tours
 Motorcoach tours have been planned for April 28-May 3. Tours will depart from your Hot Springs hotels Wednesday morning after the conference is over. Specific pickup times for each hotel are as follows:
The Arlington Hotel 8:30am
Embassy Suites 8:45am
The Austin Hotel 9:00am
 After an exciting four days, the tour will return you to the Holiday Inn Presidential hotel in Little Rock on the evening of May 2. Your Little Rock hotel is included in your tour price. Plan on flying out of Little Rock May 3rd. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service to the airport. Arrangements should be made with the hotel upon arrival.
