Once upon a time, there was a road that stretched north toward a land of rugged coastlines, charming villages, windswept beaches, towering cliffs, and stories waiting to be told. And so, our travelers climbed aboard the coach, with adventures awaiting them. Along the way, they would meet historic towns, legendary characters, unforgettable landscapes, and places where history seemed to jump off the pages.

This isn’t just a tour. It is a story waiting to be written…

Chapter One — Where the Journey Begins

Prince William County, Virginia • Quantico • The Missing Persons Project

Every great story has a beginning, and ours begins in Virginia. Our first chapter takes us to Prince William County, where history, mystery, and remembrance set the stage for the adventure ahead. We’ll visit Quantico, a place deeply woven into the story of American law enforcement, before experiencing The Missing Persons Project—a powerful and moving look at the real-life stories behind those who have disappeared and the families who continue searching for answers. It’s a meaningful beginning to a journey filled with stories—reminding us that sometimes the most important stories are the ones that deserve to be remembered. And with that, the wheels turn north…

Chapter Two — The Kingdom by the Sea

Bar Harbor • Acadia National Park

Our story continues along the coast to Maine, where mountains meet the sea and the scenery feels almost too beautiful to be real.

We’ll explore Bar Harbor, a quintessential coastal town filled with seaside charm, before venturing into the wild beauty of Acadia National Park. Then comes a magical day…As we enter Acadia National park we’ll watch the first light of day appear over the Atlantic. As the sky begins to glow and the sun rises over the horizon, we’ll understand why this place feels like something from a storybook. And just like that, a new day—and a new chapter—begins.

Chapter Three — Harbors, Heroes & History

Halifax • The Titanic • Lunenburg • Mahone Bay • Peggy’s Cove

Across the border lies Halifax, a waterfront city filled with stories of ships, sailors, heroes, and heartbreak. Here, we’ll uncover the haunting history of the Titanic, learning about the disaster, the survivors, and those who never made it home. We’ll visit the cemetery where many of the victims were laid to rest—a quiet place where the story of Titanic continues to be remembered. Then we’ll climb aboard the famous Harbour Hopper for a uniquely Halifax adventure that takes us through the city and onto the water. Our journey continues through the colorful seaside town of Lunenburg a UNESCO World Heritage Site;the picturesque shores of Mahone Bay, and the iconic fishing village of Peggy’s Cove, where the famous lighthouse stands watch over the rugged Atlantic coastline. This chapter is filled with beauty—but also stories that remind us of the power and unpredictability of the sea.

Chapter Four — The Storybook Island

Prince Edward Island • Anne of Green Gables • Beaches & Dunes

Then, like turning the page into another world, we arrive on Prince Edward Island. With its rolling green fields, red cliffs, sparkling water, sandy beaches, and endless dunes, PEI feels like it was created especially for a storybook. Here, the pages of Anne of Green Gables come alive. We’ll explore the landscapes that inspired one of literature’s most beloved characters, wander through charming island communities, and experience the beauty of Prince Edward Island National Park. There will be beaches to discover, dunes to admire, and plenty of time to simply soak in the island magic. Some places you visit. Some places you feel. Prince Edward Island is both.

Chapter Five — The Wild North

Cape Breton Island • The Cabot Trail

Our adventure takes a turn toward the wild. Welcome to Cape Breton Island, where mountains rise dramatically from the sea and the road itself becomes part of the adventure. The legendary Cabot Trail winds along cliffs, forests, valleys, and the Atlantic coastline, creating some of the most spectacular scenery in the Maritimes. Known as the Wild North, this is where nature takes center stage, and around every bend is another postcard. Another overlook, and another moment that captures the true essence of Nova Scotia.

Chapter Six — Tales from the Waterfront

Every good story needs a little time beside the water. Our journey continues through Saint John, where the waterfront, historic architecture, and maritime character offer another glimpse into the region’s rich past. Then we make our way back toward Maine and into charming coastal communities. With boats bobbing in the harbor, picturesque waterfronts, and quintessential New England charm, it’s the perfect area to slow down, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy one more taste of coastal life.

The pages are beginning to turn toward the final chapter…

Chapter Seven — The Grand Finale and Falls

Niagara Falls • Cleveland • Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Every great adventure needs a grand finale. And ours ends with a waterfall. A BIG waterfall. At Niagara Falls, we’ll witness one of nature’s most spectacular displays as millions of gallons of water thunder over the falls. But the adventure isn’t over quite yet. Our final stop takes us to Cleveland, where the story shifts from crashing waterfalls to electric guitars and legendary music. At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, we’ll celebrate the artists, songs, and moments that changed music forever. From lighthouses to legends…From Titanic stories to island tales…From mountain sunrises to crashing waterfalls…Our story has come full circle. Seven chapters. Countless stories. Miles of breathtaking scenery.

Historic towns, legendary coastlines, unforgettable experiences—and plenty of laughter along the way. Because the best travel stories aren’t just about the places you visit.

They’re about the people you share them with, the moments you didn’t expect, the pictures you’ll look back on, and the stories you’ll tell long after the journey is over.

Once upon a time we went to the Maritimes…And what a story it was.
